Under the authorization of the State and Guangdong Petrochemical Engineering Design Institute （GPEDI）, Guangdong Xinyi Consulting Corporation was founded in 1998, including Guangdong Xinyi Engineer Consulting Co.,Ltd, Guangdong Xinyi Cost Consulting Co.,Ltd, Guangdong Xinyi Construction Engineering Cost Judicial Identification Institute. It possesses National A-class qualification certificates both in Engineering Consultation and Construction Cost Estimation.
What We Do: Corporation has accumulated 8 years of experience and
enlarged its service areas. Not only it offers traditional engineering
consulting services including Investment Opportunity Analysis,
Feasibility Study, Development Planning，Application of Kinds of Funds,
Construction Cost Estimation and Bidding & Tendering Consultation,
but also provides relative new services covering Investment & Financing |

Consultation, Business Diagnosis and Project Judicial Identification, etc.
With 8 years of great efforts, Corporation has successfully provided about 400 consulting services from medium to large engineering projects, which are from the industry regions including petrochemical, chemical, fine chemical, light industry, pharmaceuticals, agriculture chemical, food, petroleum storage depot, solid and liquid chemicals storage, etc. Its majority business is all over Guangdong Province. Furthermore, it has extended services for clients from other provinces and foreign countries in USA, Japan, French, etc.
