| According to the “The State Council’s decision on enhance saving energy” and “suggestions on enhance saving more energy in our province” issued by the provincial government, “implemental scheme on saving energy in 1000 enterprises” and “implemental scheme on ‘double 1000 energy-saving action’ in Guangdong’s major energy-consuming enterprise” issued by National Development and Reform Commission, major energy-consuming enterprises must do energy audits, energy conservation plannings and reports on the utilization of energy. “Notice on the organization of energy audit reports and energy conservation planning audits done by enterprises”, which issued by Provincial Economic and Trade Commission, requires that all major energy-consuming enterprises raise awareness and strengthen leadership. Energy conservation audit reports and Energy Conservation Plannings are in request by Provincial Economic and Trade Commission before April 30th, 2007. They will be evaluated by a group of experts.
