| From August 22 to 24, 2007, 5 staff of Xinyi Engineer Consulting Corporation attended a propagandistic training on the commonly used document of project establishment application reports. The training is sponsored by the Guangdong Engineering Consultation Association. During the 3-day training, several experts in the field of consulting analyzed the situation of the state reform of the investment system, and interpreted the commonly used document of project establishment application reports in detail.
